It always amazes me where inspiration comes from. I’ve had this strand of beads for a couple of years — I periodically take it out, look at it, lay it on my desk and them put it back in the stash pile. To tell the truth, I’ve had them so long I’m not really sure what kind they are any more.

And yesterday when I was browsing at Book World in Janesville  I saw an article by Jane Konkel of Bead Style magazine. She had used Roman Glass to create necklace. And I thought — Hey, that would work with those beads I keep putting back in the stash pile. I used these lovely shimmering seed beads as an accent along with the clay pendant that I have had for a couple years also.
